| Sita
Das is Program Coordinator
for Central Seattle. She
staffs the East Precinct
Crime Prevention Council
and helps neighbors in Seattle’s
Central Area communities
identify problems, work
together and partner with
various nonprofits and government
agencies. Sita considers
crime prevention and community
safety to be fundamental
elements of both healthy
communities and healthy
individuals. |

| Allan
Davis is the SHA Hi-Rise
Crime Prevention Organizer,
working with residents in
Jefferson Terrace and Denny
Terrace. He also provides
911, Personal Safety, ID
Theft & Fraud presentations
to immigrant, senior and
low-income residents throughout
Seattle. Allan is a certified
CPTED practitioner and experienced
facilitator. |

Jennifer
Duong staffs the South
Rainier Valley Community
Safety Group and West
Seattle Community Safety
Partnership. Prior to
her joining SNG, she worked
for the International
District Housing Alliance
as a community building
intern at High Point and
Rainier Vista, as a Youth
Program coordinator and
Vietnamese counselor at
SafeFutures Youth Center
in West Seattle, and as
a program coordinator
and Asian Pacific American
commissioner at South
Seattle Community College.

Education Manager Lois Grammon-Simpson
has worked for SNG since
1998, participating in many
community coalitions and
projects. In 1999, she began
working with the Seattle-King
County Landlord Training
Program. In 2002, 2006 and
2008, she updated and edited
the current Seattle-King
County Landlord Training
Manual. She organizes Seattle¹s
landlord/property manager
workshops, coordinates Seattle¹s
nuisance property "Take
Action" presentations
and workshops, coordinates
King County Meth Watch presentations
and is a certified CPTED
practitioner. |

Karen Greene, Program Coordinator |
| Karen
Greene is Program Coordinator
for the Drug Free Communities
project in South Delridge/White
Center. DFC strategies are
to lower substance abuse
among youth by promoting
community factors that minimize
the risk of substance abuse
and reduce harmful neighborhood
risk factors. Project goals
include changing community
norms that tolerate substance
abuse, decreasing the availability
of drugs and increasing
community involvement and
cohesion. |

Coordinator |
Kathy
Kaminski is the Seattle
Weed & Seed Program
Coordinator and is responsible
for coalition building
and coordination of community,
law enforcement and social
services to meet the goals
of the Weed & Seed
strategy in both Southeast
and Southwest Seattle
sites. Kathy came to SNG
in the summer of 2004
after serving as an Americorps
volunteer with Seattle
Police Department working
with youth.

McKinney, Community Education

| Kelly
McKinney has more than twenty
years of experience as a
community organizer, much
of it working on crime prevention
in Seattle Housing Authority
communities. She provides
crime prevention education
to immigrant, senior and
low-income residents throughout
Seatle. Kelly is CPTED staff
lead and performs CPTED
reviews of sites such as
parks, apartment buildings,
houses, and businesses throughout
Seattle. Kelly is also a
presenter for SNG’s
landlord training. |

Neguse, Crime Prevention
Coordinator |
| Michael
Neguse provides crime prevention
and outreach services to
Seattle’s East African
communities. He works in
partnership with SPD to
reach out to East African
immigrants to provide information
about crime prevention to
parents and youth. He also
recruits residents to participate
in SPD's East African Advisory
Council and with the African/African
American Unity Group. Michael
speaks five languages. |

Smith, Office Manager |
| Sarah
Smith is SNG’s office
manager and keeps all things
SNG in order. She has background
in conflict resolution and
is very organized. Sarah
maintains SNG’s databases,
sends much of the communication
out to SNG’s community
groups through email and
US Mail, and manages SNG’s
bi-weekly bulletin focusing
on community safety and
criminal justice-related
legislation during Washington
State’s Legislative
session. |

Williams, Program Coordinator |
Mary
Williams is Program Coordinator
for the Get Off the Streets
(GOTS) project. This innovative
project is a partnership
with Seattle Police Department
and People of Color Against
Aids Network (POCAAN).
The project reaches out
to people loitering in
Central Area “hotspot”
locations and offers services
and support to help them
get off the street and
into treatment andhousing.
Mary is also a certified
CPTED practitioner and
a presenter for SNG’s
landlord training. |
